How we supply

How we supply

A useful quotation starts with a useful requirement. Send the material, grade or standard, dimensions, quantity, delivery location and required date. We use that information to identify the offered basis and to raise material differences before they become site problems.

What this desk does — and does not do

Glass Architectural is a building-materials trader and supplier. We source, quote, coordinate delivery and pass on the manufacturer documentation available for the supplied item. We do not design façades, install materials, issue engineering approval, or act as a manufacturer.

  1. 01

    Read the requirement

We begin with the material, grade, finish, dimensions, quantity, delivery location and required date.

  2. 02

    Source and clarify

We compare the requirement with available supply and clarify any material difference before quotation.

  3. 03

    Quote with context

The quotation identifies the offered material, commercial basis, validity and stated lead time.

  4. 04

    Coordinate delivery

We coordinate the agreed delivery and provide the product documentation available for the supplied material.

Documentation typically requested

Buyers often ask for product data, origin, test or certification documents where available, and delivery documentation. Availability depends on the manufacturer and the specific item. We do not promise that every supply includes every certificate.

Delivery and lead time

Lead time is stated on the quotation for the offered basis. It depends on mill or distributor availability, finishing, cut length, packing and the delivery location. We do not publish a standard lead time on this site.

Precision in both directions.

Send the requirement. We will start with the material.

Include the specification, grade, dimensions, quantity, delivery location and required date.
